CREDIT CARDS
Members with credit cards have received a Change-In-Terms letter describing the specific changes in terms to their credit card account.
Beginning May 1, 2017, Healthcare Credit Union will begin offering a broader line of Visa credit card programs. If you would like to change your Visa credit card to a different program, visit any branch location.
New Card
Existing cardholders will receive a replacement Visa credit card. Cards will arrive mid- April 2017. Activate your Visa card on or after May 1, 2017. Please continue to use your old credit card through April 30, 2017.
Credit Cards & Merchants
Automatic payments (iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, etc.) will need to be updated with your new Visa credit card information on or after May 1, 2017 to avoid a disruption in service.
Mobile Wallets
Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Visa Checkout will be available with your newly activated Visa credit and debit cards on May 1, 2017. Call Goldenwest’s Contact Center at 800-283-4550 to activate this service.
Personal Identification Number (PIN)
You should receive a randomly selected Personal Identification Number (PIN) within seven days of receiving your new Visa card. Your new PIN will arrive separately from your credit card for security purposes. To change your PIN, call 1-877-PHON-PIN after your card has been activated on or after May 1st.
Your Visa credit card PIN should be used only for ATM cash advances, and/or EMV transactions in Europe.
