Goldenwest is part of a nationwide credit union network of more than 5,000 locations owned by other credit unions in the network. As a Goldenwest member, you can go to any of these locations and perform transactions on your Goldenwest account safely and securely.
At any shared branch location you can:
- Make deposits
- Withdraw money
- Transfer money between accounts
- Inquire about your account balances
- And more!
There is no charge to use a shared branch. It is a great way to access your account when you are on vacation, on a business trip, or out of town in an emergency.
Shared Branching Members With an Out-of-State ID:
ID Check helps protect members by authenticating their identity via their smart devices when accessing their account at a shared branch location. ID Check asks members to share a photo of their ID and a selfie. It then uses advanced graph-defined logic, artificial intelligence, and biometric data to verify the ID and the member in real time.
This process applies to:
- Goldenwest members accessing their account through an out-of-state shared branch location.
- Out-of-state shared branching members visiting Goldenwest locations.
