Goldenwest Urges Support for Credit Union Tax-Exempt Status
Goldenwest Credit Union and USU Credit Union are calling on members and supporters to help protect the financial benefits that credit unions provide to their members and communities. The U.S. Congress is currently considering tax reforms that could eliminate the tax-exempt status of credit unions nationwide, which would have a direct and significant impact on nearly 200,000 Goldenwest and USU Credit Union members.

Goldenwest Credit Union has officially broken ground on its newest branch in Mountain Green, marking the Credit Union’s continued growth in Morgan County. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Thursday, October 3rd, at 4950 W Old Highway Road, directly across from the new Lee’s Marketplace.
Goldenwest Systems Remain Secure
The tech outage, with its origins in the CrowdStrike software, that has caused disruptions in business operations across the globe has not impacted or affected Goldenwest’s core systems, including mobile and online banking.
