Goldenwest Releases 2024 Annual Report; Announces Board Positions

OGDEN, UT: April 10, 2025 – Goldenwest Credit Union presented its 2024 Annual Report and announced Board positions during the organization’s 89th Annual Meeting, held virtually on April 8, 2025. The online format was selected to enhance accessibility for Goldenwest’s nearly 200,000 members.

Members were invited to submit questions or comments for the Board of Directors during the meeting via email at chairman@gwcu.org.

During the business session, reports on the Credit Union’s 2024 performance were delivered by Board Chairman Dan Musgrave, President/CEO Kerry Wahlen, and Supervisory Committee Chair Rob Gebhardt.

Board Nominating Committee Chair Noé Vázquez announced that, in accordance with Goldenwest Credit Union’s bylaws, the Committee had nominated incumbents Dan Musgrave, Stoney Wayment, and Steve Carroll for re-election by acclamation. Following the Committee’s report, Chairman Musgrave called for a motion to re-elect the nominees. The motion passed unanimously.

Following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors held an organizational meeting to elect officers for the coming year. The following appointments were made:

• Dan Musgrave, Chairman
• Stoney Wayment, Vice-Chair
• Dave Adams, Secretary
