Goldenwest Named Among Best Credit Unions to Work For

Ogden, UT: September 2, 2022 – Credit Union Journal has named Goldenwest among the “Best Credit Unions To Work For” in the nation. The esteemed list includes credit unions that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for their employees. Goldenwest achieved this honor in the category for large credit unions with more than $1 billion in assets.

The award program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best credit unions across the country. The 2022 “Best Credit Unions To Work For” list is comprised of 70 credit unions, and featured in the September issue of Credit Union Journal.

Winners are selected through two different surveys with the help of Best Companies Group. The first survey examines employee satisfaction and covers eight areas, including leadership and planning, corporate culture, communication, and overall engagement. The second survey evaluates the employee benefits and policies of each credit union.
