Goldenwest Announces Board Election Results; Posts 2020 Annual Report

OGDEN, UT: April 14, 2021 – In conjunction with the 85th Annual Meeting, Goldenwest Credit Union is releasing the results of the 2021 Board of Directors election.

Goldenwest received four Statements of Qualification for the three open Board of Directors positions. The nominees were Dave Adams (incumbent), Bill Hart (incumbent), Jeanette Smyth (incumbent), and Roland Whitesides. Credit Union members had the opportunity to vote during the election held April 2 through April 5. Chairman Bill Hart announced that Dave Adams, Bill Hart, and Jeanette Smyth had been re-elected by the members to serve on the Board of Directors.

Due to official directives from state and local leaders to limit gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors hosted the Annual Meeting virtually on April 13, 2021.
