Annual Meeting & Board Election Update

Official Notification – Annual Meeting Canceled for April 14

In adherence to Federal and State recommendations to discontinue large gatherings to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Goldenwest Credit Union Annual Meeting scheduled for April 14, 2020 is canceled. To fulfill regulatory requirements, an abbreviated Annual Meeting will be held on the south patio at the Goldenwest Credit Union Corporate Office (5025 S Adams Ave, Ogden, UT) on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. To comply with gathering restrictions, attendance is not encouraged. The 2019 Annual Report will be published to the General Membership on the Goldenwest website.

Board of Directors Election April 3-6

The Board of Directors Election scheduled for April 3-6, 2020 will take place with online voting only. Members may cast their ballots on April 3, beginning at 9 a.m. through April 6, 2020 at 5 p.m. Online voting is available to Credit Union members who have established credentials to access Online Banking. If you do not have access to Online Banking, you can complete a five minute enrollment process at gwcu.org or usucu.org. For assistance, call the Member Contact Center at 801-621-4550 or 800-283-4550, option 3.

Due to temporary branch lobby closures, in-branch voting will not be available.

Results of the election will be announced at the abbreviated Annual Meeting held on April 21, 2020 at the Goldenwest Corporate Office in Ogden, and on the Goldenwest website following the meeting.
