Setting which accounts participate in the budgeting feature

In the Financial Wellness page under the "Savings Goals" tab, you can set savings goals for the funds already in your account or funds you eventually want in your account. To set a goal, select the account you want to participate. All the funds in that account will be allocated to each goal set in this tab.
