Goldenwest Credit Union is coming-off a record year for mortgage production, both for purchases and refinances. I am pleased to see thousands of members securing lower rates and advantageous terms all while saving money with Goldenwest’s low, one-half percent origination fee.

We have experienced a remarkable year in terms of learning to serve our members in unique and innovative ways. In spite of the uncertainty brought about by the pandemic, Goldenwest finished 2020 strong with record accomplishments in several of our key metrics.

I am incredibly grateful to share the news that for the 17th consecutive year, the Goldenwest Board of Directors has declared a year-end bonus dividend. With an additional 4.25% APY paid for the month of December, our members will collectively earn $2.2 million.

Our members use their credit cards for cash-free convenience, great rewards, and a cushion for unexpected expenses. Personally, I appreciate the added security that comes from using a Visa card for all of my purchases.
