GENERAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Account Number

All accounts will be amended to a 8-digit number that begins with a “4” and incorporates your existing account number. Depending on the length of your current account number, the numerals four and zero(s) will be added to complete the 8-digit set. See example below:

Routing Number

Beginning May 1, 2017, Healthcare Credit Union’s routing number will be 324377613.

Direct Deposit and Automatic Payments

Direct Deposits

To avoid disruption, beginning May 1st please update your deposit source (employer, Social Security, etc.) with your new account and routing numbers before September 30, 2017. All deposits using old account and routing numbers received after October 1, 2017 will not be processed. Social Security deposits may be changed by calling 800-772-1213 or online at https://www.ssa.gov/deposit

Automatic Payments

You will be required to update your Credit Union account number(s) and routing number after May 1, 2017 and before September 30, 2017. Starting October 1, 2017, automatic payments using old account or routing numbers will no longer clear.

What If I Have An Account With Healthcare Credit Union And Goldenwest?

The merger will not automatically combine your accounts. You will continue to have separate accounts. If you decide to combine your accounts, please contact the Credit Union after May 1, 2017 for assistance.

Shared Branching

Shared Branching will be unavailable to Healthcare Credit Union members beginning April 28, 2017 at 3 p.m., and will be available again on May 1, 2017 with your new Goldenwest account number. Use of your debit card at a CO-OP ATM or another ATM will not be impacted by the unavailability of Shared Branching.
