I went in with a simple question on how to make transfer payments to another banks to pay my car loan because I was super annoyed with paying it at another bank. Rose helped me get my car loan switched over with a better deal and she even helped me open another account to help me build my credit!! She made things quick and easy and I didn’t even think about any of that till she helped me out. I highly recommend seeing her and would suggest anyone to switch over to Goldewest Credit Union. They will make sure you’re taken care of.

This branch is phenomenal. I opened up a checking account, as well as a small auto loan. The process was great. Very simple and extremely transparent. Rose helped me out, she was absolutely amazing. Nothing but good things to say.

We went in with some questions about future investments, and spoke with Breonna. She was so awesome, that we moved our funds from other institutions to GoldenWest because not only do they have fantastic rates, but their customer service is 10/10. I don't know what her career goals are, but not only is she detail oriented, but she is also thorough, has good communication and explanation skills, and has great body language when working with customers.
